Client Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your trip planning request after payment has been made, you acknowledge that:
1. Fees already paid will not be refunded
2. Any deposits or payments made to third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.) are subject to the individual vendor’s cancellation and refund policies
3. Travel by J.A is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party cancellations or supplier policies.
If you need to reschedule your consultation, you can reschedule up to 6 hours before the time.
Non-Refund Policy for Travel Planning Services
All fees paid for the following services are non-refundable.
Once work has commenced on your travel plan, no refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.
