All content on the Travels by J.A website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital products, is the property of Travels by J.A and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
A legal disclaimer
Travels by J.A is an Advisor . We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or disruption caused by third-party providers. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
Travels by J.A is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or civil unrest.
Payments and Cancellation
All fees for consultations and digital products must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase. Payment may be made by credit card or other approved payment methods. Travels by J.A will send a booking confirmation within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you need to reschedule your consultation, you may do so up to 6 hours before the scheduled time.
Please note that our fees (e.g., consultation fees) are separate from the costs of the actual travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.) charged by third-party suppliers.
